Made with ecological Kourasanit materials, it provides all the comforts to comfortably accommodate 16 people. Our villa is located in the center, on the south side of the island, 2 km from Panormos. Very close to all the beautiful beaches (every 2 km you meet another beach). You can sleep as much as you want without disturbing, walking in nature, enjoying the aromas, the sounds, the oxygen and the freshness of the pine forest as well as the wonderful colors of the sunset.
On the ground floor 2 bedrooms each with different style and color shades, Candia Strom mattresses, private bathroom,hair dryer, air conditioning, PVC frames with mosquito nets, balcony door and window for plenty of light, coolness and views of the privately owned pine forest and large terraces. One with a double bed and the other with two singles.
On the first floor:
Every corner of the house musks pine. The magnificent view that invades from the many openings, is the ideal living background. The light is diffused abundantly. Large kitchen-dining room, with special aesthetics, visible roof, fully equipped (Fridge - dishwasher- electric stove with ceramic hob - microwave-Filter coffee maker - coffee maker - toaster and all kitchen utensils)
A warm environment, simple but meticulous down to the last detail, with a sweet feeling "springing up" from every point. Comfortable living room with fireplace and air conditioning.
On the second floor; An attic with a sloping roof and visible woodwork, houses in style your summer dreams. Two double beds with Candia Strom mattress and mattresses, windows overlooking the dream trip.
The predominant element of the outdoor areas is the swimming pool, since in the landscaped corners around it, summer flows carefree.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
