This villa covers 250m² and it has 3 levels. This villa has the capacity to host up to 10-12 guests in 5 bedrooms and in the 2 large living rooms with sofas that can turn into beds or by putting extra beds if needed.
Level A is 85m² and includes 2 large nice bedrooms, one bathroom, one living room with TV and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. There is also washing machine. The whole villa has air-conditioning in every bedroom, living room and the kitchen. Level A is totally independent as it has not an inside contact with levels B-C. Outside there are traditional stoned stairs which lead you to the outdoor areas of levels B and C of the villa.
Level B is 100m² and includes a WC, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with TV and DVD selection, large verandas in order to enjoy the fantastic view of the sea while having your drink/dinner. There is an interior staircase which leads to level C, where you can find 2 large bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms and also large verandas.
Outside of the villa there is a large garden of 2000m² of grass, big trees and nice flowers, parking for your car, private barbeque for steak days and nights and the most important your private swimming pool all day and night in use, with external shower.

The area is a reference point, within just 120km from Athens and within close distance to destinations such as Nafplion, Mycenae, Porto Heli, Spetses, Hydra and Poros.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS

Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
