Guests can enjoy the crystal-clear light blue waters, the magnificent Gulf of Mirabello, and views of the small island of Spinalonga, one of the region’s most important cultural landmarks and sightseeing attractions. Villa Eldorado accommodates up to seven guests and offers true moments of relaxation and enjoyment throughout the year.
On the ground floor, the villa features two separate bedrooms, each equipped with two beds, a wardrobe, individual air conditioning, and a flat-screen television. This level also includes a luxurious bathroom and a dedicated laundry and storage area with a washing machine, tumble dryer, steam iron, and press.
The first floor includes a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, individual air conditioning, flat-screen television, and a balcony with sea views. There is also a luxurious bathroom with hydromassage, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary electrical appliances, and a comfortable living room furnished with a sofa and armchairs. The living area features satellite television, a DVD player, an audio system, individual air conditioning, and wireless internet access. From the veranda, guests can enjoy an outdoor dining area with beautiful sea views.
An internal staircase from the living room leads to a charming loft with a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a bed to accommodate one additional guest. The first floor is connected to the second floor via an elegant internal marble staircase.
Just a few meters from the villa, guests can access the beach, which is fully equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a shower. A 35-square-meter swimming pool is also available for relaxation, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. The villa is set within a beautifully landscaped green garden featuring grass, local trees, and a children’s playground. Within the garden, a built-in barbecue is located beneath a wooden pergola, complete with a large teak table and chairs for outdoor dining.
Elounda is a picturesque coastal village located 11 km north of Agios Nikolaos in Lassithi, Crete. Despite being a popular tourist destination, Elounda has retained its traditional and authentic character and offers a beautiful natural landscape with largely unspoiled beaches. The area is home to some of the most renowned beaches in Crete, known for their high-quality facilities, crystal-clear waters, and sandy shores. From the port of Elounda, boats depart regularly to the island of Spinalonga, which once served as a historic leper colony.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
