Lichnaftia is a small and quiet settlement by the sea, with only a few residential houses. It is 20 minutes by car from Chora, the port and central town of Tinos.
Tinos is part of the Cycladic Islands in the heart of the Aegean Sea. By ferry it is 2 hours to the ports of Rafina or Piraeus. From Rafina it is 30 minutes by bus or taxi to the Athens Airport. A direct flight to Mykonos followed by a quick 20 minute ferry ride is the fastest way to approach from many European airports.
Due to the nature of the settlement’s water supply, in the hot summer months the water from the tap might be heated up by the sun.
Although the property is thoroughly cleaned before you come, during your stay the island winds might bring dust to the yard, the terrace and into the house if the windows are open. Full cleaning service during your stay is available on request.
