This villa is at the ground floor of the first building as you enter the back yard. You park at the designated space and enter the villa following the paved ramp surrounded with olive trees, vineyards and herbs.
The door at the ground floor opens to reveal a splendidly well-proportioned open-plan communal area. 2 French windows provide exit to the private pool and the covered outside living area.
To the right is the well-equipped kitchen with marble central island and worktop. Next to the kitchen you will find a welcoming bright living room, where a comfy sofabed and 2 armchairs are gathered around 2 central black and white marble coffee tables, specially made for the villa by local craftsmen.
To the left is the solid chestnut dining table, made of wood directly sourced from the monks of mount Athos. Ruby red metal chairs and a vivid triptych painting by Manolis Charos complements the dining area. A small wc, decorated with local black and white marble, serves the communal areas and the pool. White-washed walls, sea-green wooden fixtures, handmade ceramics, vivid ethnic fabric details create a crispy, airy atmosphere, while the four glass doors allow the space to flow outside seamlessly.
To the left of the entrance ascend 6 steps to the main double bedroom. There is an en-suite shower room with marble elements and a steam bath. The bedroom has fabulous countryside views and access to a terrace with a lying bench fitted with an ultra-soft pillow, where you can relax or enjoy a restful slumber in open air, while listening to the sounds of the sea and the tweeting birds. Back to the main entrance descend 12 steps to a luminous triple bedroom (2 single beds and a single sofa bed) with a large window overlooking a south facing cour-anglaise planted and decorated with local stone. On the left side is the closet and the en-suite bathroom with a shower and marble details. The room walls are fitted with multi-coloured carpet for extra comfort.
The luxury villa is set in 970 square meters grounds, planted with lawns, trees, vineyards and aromatic flowers. Where the grounds end, the fields leading to the beach begin, making this a very peaceful spot for lovers of rural and beach living.
Loungers, bean bags, comfy armchairs placed under the sun or in the shades form common and private areas, that are ideal for relaxation, sipping aperitifs and stargazing. The big black and white marble table next to the electric BBQ is the perfect spot for convivial dinning and playing board games.
Indoor and outdoor areas are connected by a spacious covered terrace (43 sqm), which leads to the big pool (9.1m x 4.6m). The pool is ringed by colourful flowers and 150sqm of lawn, that flows to the vivacious garden. A curvy stone path connects the pool with the 2 round sitting areas planted with mulberry trees and phoecus, ideal for reading or playing chess, while listening to the sound of nature. Next to the pool a paved path leads to the back garden planted with olive, fig, pomegranate trees and grapevines. Back to right side of the shaded terrace is the outside dining area overlooking the pool and the swinging reeds. A worktop with a sink and an electric BBQ by Weber is set against the ocher-grey stone wall.
