The property is arranged into three independent residences for enhanced privacy, all accessed from the terraced pool area: the Main House with three bedrooms, the Guest House with two bedrooms and the Guest Studio with one bedroom, offering a total of six master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
The Main Villa accommodates up to six guests and includes three master bedrooms on the upper level, each with a 1.80 x 2 bed, en-suite shower room, air conditioning and access to a shared veranda. One bedroom offers sea views overlooking Psarou beach, another opens to a veranda with a garden view, and the third enjoys a rock view and its own veranda access. All three rooms face a spacious balcony with sweeping views of the Aegean Sea, Psarou beach and distant islands. The lower level features the living room, which opens onto a large veranda with a generous outdoor dining and lounging area suitable for hosting a large group, along with a guest WC. Adjacent to the Main Villa and directly connected to the pool terrace is the Studio.
The Studio can host two to four guests in a cozy open-plan layout with a 1.70 x 2 bed and two built-in sofa beds, making it ideal for families or friends. It offers immediate access to the pool terrace. At the villa’s entrance, guests will find the independent Guest House.
The Guest House accommodates four guests in two master bedrooms located on different levels, each with a 1.80 x 2 bed, en-suite shower room and walk-in closet. A small, comfortable living area opens to the pool terrace, and an open kitchenette with sea views makes the space suitable for families or groups of friends.
Amenities include a shaded dining area for up to fourteen guests, an outdoor bar and barbecue, and an 11m x 9m freshwater infinity pool. A 100m² wooden deck with loungers overlooks three renowned Mykonian bays: Psarou, Platis Gialos and Agia Anna. The villa is equipped with air conditioning throughout both houses (with the exception of a small sitting area in the Guest House), orthopedic Matt Royal king-size mattresses, parking for three to four cars, Wi-Fi and a Marshall sound system compatible with any smartphone.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
