The villa, easily accessible throughout the year, is situated in an amphitheatric estate in the South-West coast of the island, no more than 7 minute drive from the sea port of Gavrio and 3 minutes drive from the sandy beach of Fellos bay. The villa of approximately 290 m2, with breath-taking view to Fellos bay and the green valley shaped between the mountains, is completely autonomous and extends on three levels, accommodating eight persons in four bedrooms and living spaces. The outside area offers an exclusive landscaped garden of about 1000 m2, a 4 x 9 meters swimming pool and a parking area.

Villa Elias, has been designed with the use of natural, environmental friendly materials, combining the Cycladic architecture with the modern, satisfying the highest expectations of the tenants’ for luxury and comfort and providing privacy and safety for the whole family.

It comprises of two spacious living rooms with fire places, four bedrooms with A/C, three bathrooms, two WC, two fully built-in electric equipped open plan kitchens, sunny verandas, patios, wooden traditional- style pergolas, autonomous heating and power supply, outdoor shower, BBQ, and more!

Swimming pool area of approximately 146 m2 includes a large living / dining area with fireplace, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms with a family bathroom, a W.C., marble paved patio area, garden and pool furniture and has a separate entrance.

Main living area (approx. 86 m2) serves as the main entrance of the villa and includes a large living / dining area with fireplace, a fitted kitchen, a W.C. and a large balcony.

At the Upper level of approx. 57 m2 there is the master bedroom with joined balcony and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath tab, another bedroom with joined veranda and en-suite bathroom.

The luxurious fully equipped residence is built and fitted with great care using selective materials to the highest specifications. It includes marble flooring (Dionysos marble with special obsolescence), fitted wardrobes, Italian thermo-sound double glazing windows, armour-plated entrance doors, cable T.V., home video with DVD player, ecological beds, mattresses and linen. The furniture and fittings combine the modern with antiques and fine arts. All levels are accessible by an internal marble paved staircase. Inventory list outlining the villa's equipment during the tenancy period is provided upon arrival and is available upon request.

Also, our new gym is thoughtfully designed to support your fitness journey, even while on vacation.It features a comprehensive range of equipment, including treadmills, elliptical machines, free weights, resistance machines, and more, catering to various fitness preferences such as cardio workouts, strength training, and functional exercises. Located within our villas, our  gym offers a peaceful and private environment, available 24/7, allowing you to work out at your convenience. Additionally, our gym lounge offers  bespoke chef services such as healthy breakfast, dinner and lunch options, energizing coffee blends and refreshing smoothies, enhancing your wellness experience amidst stunning views of the Aegean Sea. If there is interest, all these bespoke services must be ordered in advance  to ensure we can provide the best possible service.

The complex is built, equipped & decorated with selected materials and fine items, and it is lovingly maintained by our care-takers who also look after our guests as part of the service offered. Key services and amenities are offered to the villa’s guests, such as daily service and cleaning, pick up from the port of Andros, and more. The Villas are rented throughout the year, for a minimum stay of one week.

Villa Elias can also be rented together with one or both of its sisters totally autonomous villas accommodating up to 26 persons.
