The villa is just a few minutes drive from the town of Porto Heli with all necessary holiday facilities such as: shops, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, banks and supermarkets. It is without reach from the cosmopolitan island of Spetses (5 minutes by sea taxi) and very close to the picturesque island of Hydra with the peculiar architecture (30 minutes by sea taxi).
Villa Doncia extends over two levels:
The top level consists of a spacious living and dining room with fireplace overlooking the sea, a fully equipped kitchen, a discreet guest WC, one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom providing bathtub and large private veranda 50 m2 where you could enjoy your morning coffee or relish mouthwatering delicacies while gazing the tranquil emerald waters of the sea.
The lower level offers, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms providing bathtub and direct access to the garden, a playroom, a discreet guest WC, a laundry room, one bedroom with twin beds and an independent guest house consisting of double bedroom with an suite-bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.
The Villa has been furnished with great attention to detail and in way that best enhances the beauty of its design. The interiors are very spacious and airy with plenty of daylight getting in through broad windows, also from any part of the Villa you can enjoy sea views.
The spacious outdoor area provides a 55 m2 infinity pool with sunbeds and umbrellas with outstanding sea view, a shaded chill out area with sofas ideal to enjoy the magical sunset, a pergola-covered lounge area with bar perfect for relaxing moments with a cocktail at all times of the day. The large sheltered BBQ next to the outdoor dining and sitting area features a long dining table that can accommodate many guests for traditional Greek wood-fire BBQ dinners. The outdoor area also features a private parking and the perfectly landscaped garden.
The pool area has been composed in such way so that the guests being able to host lavish parties and galas.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
