Erilida Estate consists of an exclusive collection of 3 villas, 2 bungalows and 2 spacious optionally interconnecting pool suites that may comfortably accommodate up to 40 guests in its 20 en suite double bedrooms. The property also features 2 large Infinity pools surrounded by Mediterranean gardens and overlooking the beach, a gym area, a professional Chef’s Kitchen, a picturesque chapel and a private parking space of up to 10 cars. In the main pool area, there is a large outdoor event space for up to 500 persons with sheltered dining and lounger pergolas and a large BBQ/bar area with a built-in Italian oven and a gas-operating BBQ.
The property consists of 3 large villas, 2 independent bungalows and 2 independent pool suites while it has an abundance of fully furnished indoor and outdoor spaces.
Villa A consists of 5 spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a large living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
Villa B consists of 6 spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a large living room and a kitchenette and it connects with Villa C which consists of 5 spacious bedrooms (one of which is a master bedroom of 80 m2 with a private living area and large Jacuzzi on the balcony – all locates on the 1st floor of the building) and a cozy living room on the ground floor.
The Bungalows are located at the lower level of the Property and consists of 2 optionally interconnecting bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.
The 2 Pool Suites, which also optionally interconnect, feature two large en suite bedrooms each with a private mini pool which may be heated upon request. All units are fully air-conditioned with individual systems and equipped with audio and video systems including Smart TVs, high tech ALARM system and CCTV in the surrounding area.
The outdoor area of the Property features Mediterranean gardens, a natural grass area and 2 large Infinity pools with sea views and multiple lounge spaces in convenient spots around all units. The first pool is located at the main terrace in front of Villas B and C while the second pool is located outside of Villa A.
The 2 private mini pools which may be heated upon request are located right in front of the pool suites. The main terrace is also equipped with a stone bar with a gas operating BBQ and a built-in Italian oven and 2 large sitting and dining areas.
Last but not least, the Property also features a gym area with a pool view (right next to Villa B), a Chef’s kitchen (behind Villa C), a chapel (behind Villa C), a private parking lot for up to 10 cars and a nearby helicopter landing pad.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
