The pool, terraces, three pergolas, and five bedrooms provide complete privacy, while also offering communal areas where friends can gather to swim, enjoy alfresco lunches, have drinks, relax, or take a nap. The villa is built across three levels.
On the highest level, the first house includes two large bedrooms connected by a corridor: the Master bedroom and Chambre haut 2. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a desk, a stereo, a dressing room, and a spacious bathroom. Chambre haut 2 offers a queen-size bed and a medium-sized bathroom, with a private door and direct access via the shared corridor.
The middle level houses the main kitchen building, three pergolas (for dining, lounging, and poolside relaxation), and the Suite house. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large convent-style table that seats up to ten guests. The suite can serve either as a bedroom or a living room, and comes with a queen-size bed, a bathroom, a TV/DVD, a desk, and a couch.
On the lower level is the fourth house, which includes two separate bedrooms: Chambre bas 1 and Chambre bas 2. Chambre bas 1 has a king-size bed and its own bathroom, while Chambre bas 2 features a double bed and a private bathroom. The kitchen on this level is also fully equipped. The villa is beautifully decorated with a mix of period antiques and modern comforts.
Villa Artemis is located just 3 km from the town of Artemonas, with its convenient shops, and about 25 minutes by car from all the island’s beaches. Apollonia, with its nightlife, is only a few miles away. While the villa is near everything, it remains secluded, surrounded by unspoiled natural landscapes. It is the ideal retreat for a group of friends seeking an authentic Greek experience in a unique and unforgettable setting.
Please note: the villa is not suitable for babies or toddlers due to the many steps, lack of protective barriers around the pool, and roof terraces with low walls.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
