Mounia is a synthesis of two separate stone houses that develop in dialogue with the natural contour, creating a composition that re-interprets the traditional tower-houses of the Lefktro area. The stone composition of Lithos is highlighted by two dynamic expressions in the form of towers: a reference points for each house. Awarded for its architecture with Architizer A+ Award for best vacation house in the world for 2019, and published in world’s best architecture by Faidon; Lithos are designed to provide a blend of high-end and meaningful simplicity which synopsizes our hospitality philosophy.
Overviewing the ragged landscape of West Mani that gradually unfolds all the way to the sea, Lithos residential complex is consciously set in order to be protected in privacy. The outdoor areas of both stone houses extend in mild levels where the infinity pools, outdoor showers, build-in lounge and shaded dining areas, create an inviting and relaxing ensemble, that along with spectacular views, is ideal for the guests’ indulgence during the day and the night.
A stone house of 3 bedrooms with a private pool and sea view; LithosI House features a comfortable living room with build-in sofas, adjoined with the dining area and the open kitchen. On the same level are placed two double bed bedrooms with wardrobe, one with ensuite bathroom and another bathroom. All first level spaces are designed to enjoy access to the pool yard and wonderful sea views. An imposing concrete cantilever staircase at the living room leads to the tower’s upper level, to the sea view master bedroom. The master bedroom features a wardrobe, a desk and has ensuite bathroom.
LithosI House private outdoor spaces include an infinity pool with umbrellas and chaises lounges, a lounge and shaded dining area. The outdoor spaces are designed to inspire a connection with the Mani landscape and are oriented towards the sea and sunset views.
In close distance from Lithos, the traditional mountainous village of Pigi, invites visitors to an authentic slow living experience, that comes with striking views of Taigetos mountain and the Messinian bay.

Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
