The main villa features five en-suite bedrooms and blends traditional Cycladic architecture with refined design, ensuring both comfort and complete privacy. The independent guest house (60 m²) includes a spacious double bedroom, an open-plan living area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, hobs, dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster), a dining area, two air-conditioning units, and a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to four guests. In addition, a fully equipped 25 m² studio is available for live-in staff.
Designed for pure relaxation, the villa offers cozy interiors and a serene ambiance, complemented by an infinity pool filtered through electrolysis (no chlorine), natural granite rock surroundings, a pool bar, large pergolas with wind protection, and numerous terraces and lounges suitable for gatherings of up to 25 guests. A new 500 m² panoramic terrace provides the perfect space for events and ceremonies. Amenities include a barbecue, wood-fired pizza oven, geothermal heating and cooling floors, air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a full-house desalination and water purification system, and generous parking.

The main villa is spread across three levels.
The top level (80 m²) hosts the master suite with a large en-suite bathroom, dressing room, workspace, and two private verandas offering breathtaking views.
The entrance level, located next to the pool, includes an open-plan kitchen, spacious living and dining rooms, hall, fireplace, guest WC, large pergolas, multiple verandas and terraces, a barbecue area, and a pool bar overlooking the sea and sunset.
The ground level features four double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, sea-view verandas, and a separate entrance for convenient access. All rooms face the Aegean Sea and enjoy impressive views of Mykonos Town, as well as the islands of Tinos, Delos–Rineia, Syros, Kea, and Yaros.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
