This is our second stone made summerhouse with olive green woodwork, in the magnificent (and awarded) sandy bay of Ganema, in Serifos island. The house located just 150m away from the beach (about 350metres walking distance) in a complex of 4 houses built in 2010, following 100% the local architectural line.
Facing the sea it is an ideal place to stay and enjoy the magic of Greek waters, sun and meltemi wind. A big bamboo roofed balcony has all the great view, where you can dine or relax on a long chair or a swing and enjoy the sea view in the morning, the romantic sunset in the afternoon and the star bright moonlit sky at night. Accommodation: On the lower lever one bedroom can host 3 persons in one built double bed (140 cm) and one built single bed (90cm). The other bedroom can host to persons in a built double bed (140). All our mattresses are anatomic body-flex of 25cm thickness. Two bathrooms (one in each floor). On the upper level, a salon with a sofa facing the sea, next to the equipped kitchen. A dish washer, a washing machine and air conditioning complete the utilities. The house is available April-October for seasonal or weekly stay.
Serifos is one of the prettiest and still unspoiled islands of the Aegean full of sun and wind and many crystal blue sandy beaches, barren rocky scenery, a truly picturesque capital, a range of night life activities but all at peaceful levels of tourism since it has traditionally been a family island. Ganema is the largest beach of Serifos on the south of the island, strategicaly covered from strong north winds, in between Koutalas bay and Vagia bay. The beach is unique in that it is made from big pebbles on the one side followed by sand and ending to thin sand covering any kind of beach you may have dreamed of. Serifos is first stop, just 2.5hs from Athens by Ferry still keeping its lively secluded atmosphere. The Port is just 8 km away from Ganema. A few yachts select this as a night stay. A very famous Greek ship owner has selected Ganema for his summerhouse too. April, May, June and September are quite months, July and August are busier so book ferry tickets in advance. Car rent is strongly recommended for a better reach of supplies and touring the many other beauties of the island.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
