The ground floor is set out with an open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen with sit down island and large sliding doors filling the space with natural light and creating an indoor-outdoor experience like no other. Additionally on the ground level of the villa is a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a luxury of a private balcony to soak up the mountain and sea views.
Via an internal staircase you move down to the lower level of Villa Nabila where you will find the other three bedrooms. There are two twin bedrooms both with private access to the outdoor deck area. The double bedroom on the lower level consists of an en-suite bathroom, also giving you direct access to the outdoor deck area. In the hallway of the lower ground level is a family bathroom.
Running along the front of the ground level of the villa, is the main outdoor terrace of Villa Nabila in Lefkada featuring a private pool with sea and mountain views. To one side of the house away from the pool is a fully equipped BBQ area with views of Dessimi Bay in the background. Around the private pool there is range of seating options, with sun-beds to soak up the Greek sun.
The stand out feature of the outdoor area are the large metal columns and wooden beams of the pergola, creating a unique and stylish design which with the movement of the sun creates shade to give you those little corners to lay back and read your latest novel. Villa Nabila in Lefkada, is perched on the mountain side overlooking the bay of Vlicho and walking distance to the beach of Desimi. The town of Nidri is only a 15-drive from Villa Nay and is the perfect place for a morning coffee by the sea and a morning dip. Additionally, from Nidri we will organize your private boat cruise and for the children a range of water sport activities. The beaches of Mikros Gialos and Vasiliki are also a short drive from Villa Nabila. Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
