Villa Ambra

This luxurious villa spans 200 m² across two floors, connected by a sleek marble staircase, and is located just 180 meters from a private beach accessible through the property. Guests enjoy a designated beach space complete with private sunbeds, umbrellas, cushions, and coffee tables for a truly relaxing experience.

Inside, the villa is designed in a contemporary, romantic, and chic style, combining soft colors with natural materials such as wood, stone, brick, glass, and tile in warm, earthy tones. On the ground floor, there is a minimalistic living room with a sofa bed and flat-screen satellite TV, alongside a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. A guest WC is also available. The ground floor hosts an accessible bedroom with a queen double bed, en-suite bathroom, and balcony, thoughtfully designed for guests with mobility needs or who prefer to avoid stairs. Another bedroom on this level features a queen double bed, en-suite bathroom, pool view, and direct access to the pool and garden.

The first floor offers three additional bedrooms: two with queen double beds, en-suite bathrooms, and balconies—one with a pool view—and a twin bedroom with a loft design featuring two single beds, complemented by a main bathroom.

Outside, the villa boasts a spacious private area with a 40 m² pool, a patio, and a large dining area with a table, couch, and armchairs overlooking the pool. Guests can unwind on private sunbeds or enjoy the lounge furniture next to the pool. An outdoor shower with hot water, a barbecue, a garden, and private parking slots complete the outdoor amenities.

The villa is equipped with superior-quality bath and beach towels, linens, duvets, and mattresses, as well as slippers and organic toiletries. Each room has air conditioning, a safety deposit box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and free Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee and espresso machines, and a washing machine, along with a breakfast and snack area. Additional conveniences include an iron and ironing board, private entrance, tile and marble flooring, and mosquito nets.

Guests benefit from housekeeping services, daily pool and garden care, access to baby high chairs and cots upon request, and unlimited access to the resort’s facilities, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay.

Villa Ambra is part of an exclusive complex of five private villas designed for relaxation and authentic seaside living. Guests staying at the villa enjoy free and unlimited access to a range of on-site sports and leisure activities, including a tennis court with equipment provided, table tennis (ping-pong) with equipment, a basketball court with basketballs available, and a small chapel. Life vests are also available for guests, and everyone is welcome to participate in our beach cleanup initiatives.

The property consists of five private villas, each with its own swimming pool, all located within 200 meters of the beach.

The complex is also a sister property of a beach resort, where our guests are welcome to enjoy additional facilities and services, including the reception and help desk, beach bar, restaurant (with villa delivery service available), water sports station, massage services, and breakfast service at an additional charge. Guests also have access to a free outdoor gym, tennis court, and basketball court located at the resort.
