The pool has been fitted with a Pool Heat Pump making the pool about 3°C to 5°C warmer at 1 pm than a non-heated pool in low season.
The outdoor area is a large factor in the design of the villa with much of the indoor space flowing through to external space through either private balconies or terraces. The elegant large outdoor dining area hosts a specifically designed pergola that gives sunshine but also shade for hotter parts of the day.
