The villa is modernly equipped and elegantly furnished and decorated in order to offer guests luxury and comfort. Every detail has been added with great care towards fulfilling guest's preferences and wishes when on holiday.
Outside, you are greeted by a private, paved driveway leading to the villa, well- kept lawns at multiple levels, a state of the art swimming pool with waterfalls, aero-massage and hydro-massage, shaded verandas and a sun terrace. Soak by the pool, dine al fresco on the shaded veranda or just lie on the grass and take in the magical scenery.
Villa Artis can accommodate up to 8 people. It consists of 3 large bedrooms, two of which have en suite bathrooms, one extra bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with all utilities such as microwave oven, espresso machine, coffee machine, dishwasher, large cooker and refrigerator, dining table, living room with sofa that turns into a big double bed and fireplace.
There are: a 42 inch plasma satellite TV with CD-DVD player and play-station in the living room and a 32 inch plasma satellite TV in every bedroom. Air conditioning (cold/heat) and Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout. The villa also features many floor to ceiling windows that lead to spacious verandas offering unobstructed views of the endless blue sea and the majestic mountains in the surrounding area.
The villa is fully equipped offering facilities that will ensure an unforgettable, relaxing and comfortable Greek holiday.
Guests are encouraged to rent a motorboat to visit Turtle Island and enjoy the beautiful clear blue water against the white sand. If you are lucky you may even catch a glimpse of the endangered Caretta Caretta turtle that swims in the area. The more daring can try scuba diving and admire the magnificent world under the sea. It is also possible to take a boat excursion and visit the world famous Shipwreck cove and the rare Blue Caves.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
