Upon entering Villa Panidri, to your left you will find the living room, kitchen and dining area. To the right is a hallway which leads past a guest bathroom with shower, to two double bedrooms. The bedroom on the left has an ensuite bathroom and both offer stunning sea views. Villa Panidri is the perfect place to enjoy these spectacular views of the sunrise over the Ionian Sea as the golden rays illuminate the emerald green waters.
The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and equipment. The living room furnishings are contemporary, luxurious and together with the lofted ceiling create an atmosphere of unrestrained indulgence.
Heading back to the entrance, if you walk down the hallway on your right you will find an internal staircase which will take you up to the upper floor, where there is a twin bedroom in front of you as you reach the top of the stairs. To your right in the hallway you’ll see a bathroom with shower and the master bedroom just past it. The upstairs rooms offer yet another vantage point for looking down at the sea through their large east-facing windows.
The villa was constructed with modern techniques and materials, and even under the beaming Greek summer sun the villa stays cool. All rooms are equipped with an air conditioner which can cool or heat the space to your preferred temperature in minutes.
Villa Panidri is surrounded on three sides by a sea-facing pool and barbecue area which tie the magical panoramic view into the modern design of the villa perfectly. The infinity pool is directly outside the living room and there are plenty of lounge chairs and sunbeds on the large patio.
On one side of the house is the shaded grill and dining area. The view from the outdoor dining area, with its fine wooden table and Boretti grill, is also absolutely stunning. This is the ideal spot to take in the scenery while enjoying a meal and glass of wine with family or friends. There is also private parking on the property.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
