The property can accommodate up to 10 guests (including children and infants), in 5 bedrooms + 1 maid room. The villa, built in the traditional Aegean style, is decorated in modern style, mixed with sophisticated features, which offer an elegant atmosphere. The gorgeous garden, full of Greek plants, like pine trees, olive trees and cypresses, as well as local flowers, make the villa the perfect setting for a family getaway.
The vast verandahs offer glorious golden sunsets, while the outdoor lounges, dining areas, and barbecue provide cozy corners, and are ideal for all needs – from peaceful family gatherings to romantic summer parties.
The villa has direct access to a private jetty with shaded sun beds and open shower while any kind of private yacht can moore safely!
The English-speaking general manager of the villa provides 24 hours service.
The Building 1 has a living room with fireplace and huge verandah with lovely sea view, barbecue and three outdoor dining tables that can host up to 20 people. Indoor dining area with a table that seats up to 10 people. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds, that can also be united and form one double bed. Both bedrooms have access to a private verandah with view to the garden.
Both bedrooms have TV. One spacious bathroom with shower.
The Building 2 has a living room with fireplace, and access to the balcony with an outdoor sitting area, and stunning sea view.Indoor open dining area, with a table that seats 6 persons.Fully equipped open kitchen. The Building 3 has just one room with two twin beds, and open sitting area with TV,1 bathroom with shower. Access to a picturesque balcony, literally next to the sea, surrounded by pine trees, and ample sea view.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
