The property is a three-story villa consisting of four bedrooms, one of them on the ground floor, with twin-size beds. On the ground floor, the open-plan space area offers direct access to the pool area. The real heart of the home is the open plan living area with a fireplace and the scenery is completed with a kitchen with a modern design and all the necessary amenities for easy preparation of meals. There is also a dining space where you could enjoy your meals gazing at the sea. On the same floor, you can find a communal bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, one of them offers two single beds, one bedroom with a king-size bed and the third bedroom provides a king-size bed. One of the bedrooms offers a hydro-massage Jacuzzi bath. All of the bedrooms on the upper floor offer a unique sea view from the balconies.
On the lower level, there is a gym for anyone who wants to keep up with their workout routine. Furthermore, in the same area, there is a sauna room where you can relax and a shower room.
Is there a better place for you during summer vacation rather than lying by the pool and having your tanning session? The outdoor swimming pool and the lounge space are the spots where you can rustle up a cocktail or relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset on the sun loungers and on the double day bed. Pretty close to the pool area there is a dining table and a well-organized BBQ area for festive culinary nights under the starlight sky. The garden around the villa makes you feel that you are living in heaven. Don't forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa for two cars, the villa offers a power outlet for EV charging.
Accessibility: From the parking area to the main door of the indoor space, there is a path without stairs. In addition, inside the villa, there is an elevator to move from one floor to another.
Heated Pool Policy: The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request 3-4 days' advance notice for this facility.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
