Nanfos Estate is spread across 350 sq.m. and split between two levels, with the main living space, the indoor dining area, the guests’ kitchen and the master bedroom on the upper level. On the lower level, the four remaining bedrooms, a secondary living area and the staff kitchen are located. Both floors feature large bay windows overlooking the expansive garden area featuring a large pool, the Caldera and the volcano.
Α fresh approach to island design, Nanfos Estate blends Cycladic architectural touches and contemporary elegance. Paying homage to the iconic style of Santorini, the white color dominates. Furniture in neutral tones create a minimal aesthetic, letting the immersive Caldera scenery, visible from all villa areas, daze and blow guests away.
Main living and dining areas are located on the upper floor, with large windows facing the private pool and the breathtaking views. A second living area is located on ground level.
Two kitchens are available. The kitchen for guests' use is on the upper floor, equipped with all necessary appliances and provisions for preparing light snacks, coffee, juices and more.
The staff kitchen is on the lower floor, where the Executive Chef prepares guests’ preferred meals on the spot. Breakfast is complimentary, cooked-to-order every morning at the guests’ requested time and served at the indoor or outdoor dining area by the Estate’s staff. Other meals are also cooked-to-order with a prior arrangement with the Chef or the Estate’s butler.
The expansive outdoor space is hanging above Santorini’s Caldera offering panoramic views from one end of the crescent-shaped island to the other. The large pool in the center of the outdoor area is idyllic with multiple comfortable sitting areas surrounding it. The barbeque facilities are located by the pool and a large dining area is found right next to it. Luscious meat and fish barbeques right after the sun has set are a must!
The back outdoor area features a helipad and private car parking space.
Nanfos Estate has 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the upper level, complete with a study area, a walking wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. Guests can admire the world’s brightest and most dramatic sunsets, while lying on the most comfortable king-size bed surrounded in luxurious white linens.
Three more double bedrooms with king-size beds and one twin bedroom, are located at the lower level with windows opening to the expansive terrace with the large pool right on front of them. They all feature 32’ TVs and en-suite bathrooms.
All en-suite bathrooms have spacious walk-in showers and welcome guests with KORRES natural bath amenities, lush bathrobes and comfortable slippers. A bathroom is also available poolside with walk-in shower, two WCs and changing areas.
