The property is situated in the heart of a Mediterranean garden and in front of a field of olive trees and is completely surrounded by a traditional dry stone low wall like typical Mediterranean houses. The terraces with the swimming pool, facing southwest,offer a magnificent sunset over the sea and the boats sailing in the beautiful Aegean Sea.
Strategically located not far from the village of Parikia and at the same time immersed in the tranquility of a rural area of the island, the house extends over 180 square meters on two levels.
On the inner ground floor are located the living room, a fully equipped open kitchen and a small service bathroom. The master bedroom is south-west facing with a sea view and opens onto the terrace with the pool. It also has a very romantic private patio at the back. The room is equipped with a double electric bed and a bathroom with sanitary facilities and Italian shower and with two windows. The second room is a guest room with a separate entrance on the north-east side with a garden view, equipped with two single beds, a bathroom with sanitary facilities and a walk-in shower and with one window.
On the outside ground floor, the main terrace is in front of the house, facing south-west and the sea. It is equipped with deckchairs, armchairs, parasol, poufs and includes a swimming pool 9,50x 3,5m, depth 1.70m, an outdoor shower with hot water and a “day well” – a place to relax protected from the sun. The pool house is equipped with a summer kitchen including a BBQ, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge, freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster and a juice squeezer. A dining area for ten people.
On the first floor there is a bedroom on the southside with a large terrace, sea and mountain view, equipped with a double bed, bathroom, sanitary facilities and Italian shower, with two windows. A second bedroom on the north-east side with two large terraces with sea and mountain views, equipped with a double bed, bathroom, sanitary facilities and Italian shower and with 1 window.
The services included are the following: Swimming pool maintenance, provided by a professional twice a week. Maintenance of the garden by a professional twice a week. Cleaning lady, twice, with change of sheets and towels.
Also in the beautiful Mediterranean garden, surrounded by olive trees and herbs bushes, there are a hammock and some chaise-longues where you can immerse yourself in the peace of nature for a deep sense of relaxation.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
