In an elevated position, Villa Ante, comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms, an open plan kitchen, living room and verandas. It is surrounded by fruit and olive trees and benefits from the warmth of the sun all day long.
The villa is suitable for a family with children or a group of friends or colleagues sharing.
On the ground floor, there is a comfortable lounge/dining room with a wood-fired stove, a fully equipped kitchen (automatic washing machine) & a cloakroom. Also on this floor is a double bedroom.
A wooden staircase leads up to the first floor which has two more double bedrooms and a WC/shower room.
The views from the upstairs bedrooms are lovely looking out above the tops of the olive groves towards Zakynthos town, the cliffs at Chrystal beach and the small island of Pelouzo.
Donwstairs again we exit the back door to a large raised patio ideal for alfresco dining and relaxing in the hot summer sun. You will spend most of your time at the villa in this space, eating, drinking, relaxing and whiling away the evenings star gazing into the small hours.
The premises are fenced all around providing a secluded and private stay. The front and rear gardens produce a good variety of fruit, vegetables and herbs and a short walk through the shade of the olive grove brings you to the hobby farm which plays host to a variety of small animal livestock, (seasons permitting) including chickens, turkeys, rabbits, some sheep and goats.
The children can learn about growing herbs and fresh vegetables and what uses they have, how chickens lay their eggs and even collect their own fresh eggs for breakfast.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
