The design and layout of Panorama House and its gardens have been guided from the outset by a dedicated focus on sustainability, harmony with the natural environment, individual privacy and congeniality of shared spaces.
The main house accommodates up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and private verandas.
Common rooms: Two spaces that flow into each other yet designed to allow both privacy and shared moments with friends and family. The library with its very own fireplace which provides an interesting variety of books and music collection. The living room spaces allows for the choice of spacious or cosy with smart tv a writing corner (secretary desk) and a second fireplace.
Kitchen: Spacious open planned kitchen with a central island and casual breakfast bar. Flows through to dining area with window views. Table seats up to 10. Equipped with gas stove, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, toaster, espresso machine.
Master Bedroom: Situated on the ground floor, the master bedroom is private, spacious, comfortable with panaromic views.
King size bed with COCO-MAT mattress, en suite bathroom with shower, 2 independent and comfortable work spaces with views.
Soaps from organic olive oil made locally by Ena Karo, APIVITA shampoos.
Three private bedrooms: Designed for privacy, the rooms are accessed through their own independent staircases.

On the property you will find a deck and pool perfectly oriented to enjoy the Cycladic sunset, two outdoor dining and lounging areas, a Mediterranean dry garden, a small vegetable patch and many cozy little nooks for reading and relaxation. We are also lucky enough to have a year-round dripping spring which collects water into a waterlily pond.

Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
