This Complex of villas is a family owned business. The residence was completed in 2021 and it consists of six villas in three independent buildings. Each villa is a three-level house with a private swimming pool and a private terrace overlooking the sea and the gardens.
Villa Amelio has 4 bedrooms, including a master bedroom, and can host up to 10 guests.It has a comfortable living room with two large sofas that extends into the spacious terrace.In addition, the villa has three bathrooms, one per floor, and a fully equipped, separate, and comfortable kitchen with an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and all the necessary tableware.
Moreover the villa features a private swimming pool of 60 sq.m., without a jacuzzi or children’s pool.

Pre-booking and Payment Terms
To book your stay, simply pay 35% of the total amount upfront. Victor will follow up with an email containing full details and instructions for the final payment.
- To secure a reservation, the client must send a signed contract and an advance payment equal to 35% of the total cost for the chosen period of stay. If booking less than 60 days in advance, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining balance for the rental period must be paid at least 60 days before the stay begins.
- If the client fails to pay the remaining balance by the due date, they will receive a reminder. If there is no response within 7 days, the reservation will be considered invalid, and the advance payment will be kept.
- Once the full amount is received, the client will receive a confirmation document based on the type of rental permit the villa has according to Greek law. This document could be a voucher for key collection at the villa or a contract between the client and the owner. The client will also receive information via email about how to reach the villa, the expected arrival date and time, the person receiving them, and any details regarding airport or port pickup if applicable.
