Upon entering the villa, you’ll be greeted by a small, fully-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with access to the outdoor area and a dining area, perfect for bringing people together. The ground floor also features two bedrooms, each with two single beds and access to the veranda. One of these bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, and there is a guest bathroom located under the marble stairs. The ground floor also includes amenities such as a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, flat-screen TV, microwave, oven, and coffee machine.
Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. This upper bedroom has access to two different balconies with stunning views of the Ionian Sea and the Spartochori village.
Villa Maline also boasts its own private swimming pool (9.5m x 4.5m, with a depth of 0.80m-1.50m) surrounded by a stone terrace. There is also an integrated children’s pool area that can be used as a jacuzzi for adults, complete with four refreshing jet spas. The front of the house features a veranda that connects to the swimming pool’s terrace, a great spot to enjoy meals and social gatherings. There is also a BBQ facility and parking space located at the main door of the villa.

Pre-booking and Payment Terms
- To secure a reservation, the client must send a signed contract and an advance payment equal to 35% of the total cost for the chosen period of stay. If booking less than 60 days in advance, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining balance for the rental period must be paid at least 60 days before the stay begins.
- If the client fails to pay the remaining balance by the due date, they will receive a reminder. If there is no response within 7 days, the reservation will be considered invalid, and the advance payment will be kept.
- Once the full amount is received, the client will receive a confirmation document based on the type of rental permit the villa has according to Greek law. This document could be a voucher for key collection at the villa or a contract between the client and the owner. The client will also receive information via email about how to reach the villa, the expected arrival date and time, the person receiving them, and any details regarding airport or port pickup if applicable.
