The villa has been built on a cliff-top area of 6,700 sq meters, close to the famous Lighthouse of Santorini, and is engulfed by some of the most breathtaking oceanic views in the world. This beautiful white-stone building is influenced by a blend of modern and traditional Cycladic architecture, and ranks within the countless stunning residences scattered across this sensational island.
Mauro villa contains five gorgeous bedrooms and each have its own en-suite bathroom, A/C, satellite flat screen TV, CD player and direct dial phone . The two largest suites are on the lower-ground floor, with three slightly smaller rooms located on the two upper floors of the house. The bedrooms all enjoy stunning views from whichever side of the house they are located on, and are flooded by sunshine throughout the day.
Spread across three floors, the house boasts several living, dining and reception areas plus recording studio, offering a choice of secluded indoor hangouts, sheltered from the baking South Greek sun. Here you can laze in front of the television, take an afternoon nap, enjoy a late night bottle or two of the exquisite local wines or even record an album! A large cream salon sits on the lower ground floor alongside two smaller lounges and an open-plan kitchen/diner. If you crave extra entertainment, head to the playroom with its foosball table and dartboard. A gorgeous pool encourages you to dive-bomb your friends and family, or you can simply relax poolside on a lounger and soak up some Vitamin D.
The outdoor areas at Mauro are magnificent. Four decked terraces line different sides of the villa, so you can relax, sunbathe or dine in the shade while savoring the tranquil blue expanse of the Aegean Sea and its astonishing evening sunsets. Swim or float the afternoon away, then gather with friends for a barbecue before ending up in the outdoor hot tub for some stargazing.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
