The Main Building is located just 5 meters from the sea, offering a unique and charming experience. It spans 180 square meters over three floors, providing ample space for 6 to 8 guests. The third floor of the tower features a double bedroom with a double bed, while the second floor offers a single bedroom with two single beds. On the ground floor, there is a double bed situated in the roundabout area. Additionally, there is a pavilion on the beach that can accommodate 6 to 8 people, perfect for enjoying the stunning views. The property includes two private WC with showers, as well as an outdoor WC shared with the beach. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a desk, and two living rooms. There is a dining table that seats six, and a sunset balcony to take in the breathtaking views. Free sunbeds are available on the beach for guests to use.
The Beach House Studio is a cozy 25-square-meter semibasement studio ideal for 2 to 3 guests. Situated just 5 meters from the sea, the studio offers a double bedroom with a double bed, a living room, and an outdoor table for three. There is one private WC with a shower, along with an outdoor WC shared with the beach. The studio also has a kitchen and an entrance from the side. Free sunbeds on the beach are available for guests.
The entire complex spans 280 square meters, with 117 square meters of private beach available upon request for an extra charge. Free Wi-Fi is provided in all spaces, including the beach. Air conditioning is available throughout the building, and linen and towels are provided (with an extra charge for changes). Cleaning is included upon arrival, and extra cleaning services are available upon request for an additional charge. The property also offers essentials like shampoo and body wash, satellite TV, and free access to Netflix. For convenience, there is a 24-hour service available via call or WhatsApp, with a Windmill Manager on-site to assist guests.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
