Inside the villa is set over 3 floors, with the main entrance which is located in the middle floor. The main floor (middle floor) features a large lounge with TV, sofas, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and 2 balconies. There are also a welcoming twin bedroom and a family shower room on this floor. Stairs lead respectively up to the upper floor and down to the garden level.
The upper floor, airy and spacious, comprises 2 bedrooms (one double with sea facing balcony and one twin), a family bathroom with bathtub and a sitting area with a sofa bed (for the 11th guest, if required). The lower floor, which also provides direct access to the gardens, features an additional, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sitting area, 2 bedrooms (one double, one with twin beds) and a family shower room. A utility room with washing machine and an outdoor gym are also available for the guests to enjoy. The interiors are particularly spacious and welcoming, traditionally furnished yet functional, ideal for large families or groups of friends.
The outdoor areas are truly stunning. With lawn, tall palm trees, scented flowers, shrubs and sea-views, they perfectly complement the spacious interiors of the villa. For the exclusive use of the guests, there is a large private pool measuring 6m x 13.5m (depth 1.4m), provided with comfortable sunbeds and shades. The pool (lit at night) is surrounded by lawned areas, perfectly kept and perfect for sunbathing, playing or relaxing. The lovers of al-fresco dining will love the barbecue and the outdoor dining areas, while the most active guests will love the horse riding facilities and water sports that the nearby village of Karteros can offer.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
