Indoor facilities
The villa features four airy bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a big indoor living and kitchen area with high-end amenities, and an amazing view from the whole property. The interior of the villa on the ground floor is furnished and features a spacious lounge with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa features four airy bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms with showers. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms complete the layout of the ground floor with direct access to the pool area. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and access to private balconies. One of them is equipped with an extra terrace with sun loungers, an umbrella, sun chairs & a table. Each room has its air-conditioner, Smart TV & free Wi-Fi access & amazing Seaview! On the ground floor, there is a playroom with a pool table, a 75’’ Smart TV, a PlayStation, a Bar, Sofa, Iron board and iron, washing machine & tumble dryer.
Outdoor facilities
Whether you choose to relax on the long sandy beach or take a tour on the beautiful island of Crete, there’s nothing better than coming back to swim in the private pool or drinking a glass of wine and gazing at the amazing view of the Cretan Sea. Outdoor, a living area, a dining table with a gas barbeque which is completed with patio furniture. The location of the villa is at a unique point and all the facilities are close by.
The swimming pool can be heated from October till April, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility.

Entering the villa from the main entrance, you will find a well-organized fully equipped kitchen with electrical appliances, a dining table, and a living area with a sofa and a satellite TV. Relax on the comfortable sofas or dine in the outdoor dining area on the balcony overlooking the crystal waters of the Sea. Villa Luna consists of three bedrooms with high-quality sleeping comforties. On the single floor, there is a sofa that can be converted into a double-size bed.

Airy and spacious the two bedrooms feature double-size beds while the third one has twin beds, ensuite bathrooms, satellite Smart TVs, and neutral-earth colours, something that creates the perfect atmosphere for your relaxed and carefree holidays. On the same floor, you will find a fully equipped gym where you can keep your fitness routine even when you are on vacation, a sofa for 2, and a WC. In the outdoor area relax on the sunbeds enjoying the Cretan Sun.

The swimming pool is the perfect spot for you to spend your day with your company. Whatever spot of the pool area you choose, you have the opportunity to gaze at the awesome view of the Sea. Also, you will find a gas BBQ, ideal to cook a traditional Cretan recipe. Dine at the dining table near the pool.

Kalamaki is located 5.5km west of Chania town. The seaside of Kalamaki area has a big variety of different kinds of facilities such as tavernas, cafes, mini-markets, pharmacy & souvenir shops. Local restaurants have delicious Cretan food & other international dishes. Just within 100m away from Seafront Villas, you can walk to the sea while only 450m away there is a well-organized beach of Kalamaki with shallow waters, sunbeds, umbrellas and suitable especially for small children. Due to its location, the villas are ideal for car-free vacation, as, within a small walking distance, all the facilities can be found as well as a bus stop towards Chania Town or other suburban areas of Chania like Agia Marina, Platanias which are also famous for a big variety of fine restaurants, cafes, and bars. Also if you choose not to rent a car you can easily reach the most famous beaches like Balos, Elafonissi, and Falassarna by bus that is passing by close to the villas.
Just 5.5 km away you will find Chania Town with the picturesque Old Venetian Port, the Lighthouse & the narrow streets of the Old Town which are worth a visit at any time during the day and night. You can find a lot of the finest restaurants, cafes, shops, archeological sides, churches and the Museums in the Old Town The most enjoyable moment after you walk on the streets of OId Town is to sit in one of the finest cafe-restaurants by the sea and gazing the sunset and the Lighthouse while having a delicious dinner or a drink.
