Villa Poema is one of the three Pool Front Villas. These villas are modern ground floor Cycladic houses, with an area of 90 m2. They consist of a spacious dining & living space with kitchen, all in an open-plan single space. At the far end of this space, two elegant bedrooms are situated, each with its own bathroom with walk-in rain shower.
Each villa offers its own comfortable and shaded terrace, shaded with pergola with excellent views of the sea, the pool, and the gardens. With minimal decoration in earth tones, furnished in Cycladic white, these villas are fully equipped and furnished, offering all the comforts for relaxation and carefree holidays for families and couples. Each villa offers separate entrance and open parking for 2 cars.
The closest sandy beach of Ambelas is a 15-minute walk from the villas, while the traditional Naoussa town is a 10-minute drive from the villas.

Pre-booking and Payment Terms
To book your stay, simply pay 35% of the total amount upfront. Victor will follow up with an email containing full details and instructions for the final payment.
- To secure a reservation, the client must send a signed contract and an advance payment equal to 35% of the total cost for the chosen period of stay. If booking less than 60 days in advance, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining balance for the rental period must be paid at least 60 days before the stay begins.
- If the client fails to pay the remaining balance by the due date, they will receive a reminder. If there is no response within 7 days, the reservation will be considered invalid, and the advance payment will be kept.
- Once the full amount is received, the client will receive a confirmation document based on the type of rental permit the villa has according to Greek law. This document could be a voucher for key collection at the villa or a contract between the client and the owner. The client will also receive information via email about how to reach the villa, the expected arrival date and time, the person receiving them, and any details regarding airport or port pickup if applicable.
