The entrance floor features a fully equipped kitchen that connects to a BBQ area, along with a comfortable living room and a dining area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The fireplace adds a cozy touch to the space.

The upper floor includes a master bedroom of 24 m2 with a private balcony of 38 m2 offering stunning views of Mykonos Town, the island of Delos, and the island of Baos. The room is furnished with a queen-size bed with a Guy Laroche mattress, a fireplace, and a hall. It is also equipped with a safe box, a hairdryer, air conditioning, bathroom amenities, and towels for your convenience.

On the ground floor, there is another master bedroom of 24 m2 with sea views and an open patio. The room comes with a queen-size bed, also with a Guy Laroche mattress, a safe box, a hairdryer, air conditioning, bathroom amenities, and towels. Room 3 is a twin bedroom of 20 m2 with an en suite bathroom and sea view, along with an open patio. It is furnished with two single beds, again with Guy Laroche mattresses, and includes the same amenities for comfort. Room 4, another bedroom of 24 m2, also features sea views and a window. It contains one queen-size bed and two single beds with Guy Laroche mattresses. This room is equipped similarly with a safe box, hairdryer, A/C, bathroom amenities, and towels. A guest bathroom is also available on this floor.

Guest Suite 1 is a double deluxe room of 35 m2 with sea views from its patio, an open patio space, and an independent entrance. It features a queen-size bed with a Guy Laroche mattress, a full-equipped kitchen, a safe box, a hairdryer, A/C, bathroom amenities, and towels. Guest Suites 2 and 3 are both spacious, offering stunning sea views. The Grand Suite, which is 36 m2, features an open private patio, a queen-size bed with a Guy Laroche mattress, a fireplace, and a living area with two built-in couches that can accommodate two additional guests if needed. The room also includes a fridge, coffee and tea amenities, a safe box, a hairdryer, A/C, bathroom amenities, and towels. The Junior Suite, which is 34 m2, includes similar features such as a queen-size bed, a private open patio, a living area, and all the necessary amenities.

The outdoor area is truly remarkable, featuring a private pool measuring 11×5 meters, an external main living pergola, an open-air breakfast and dining area, and furnished terraces with stunning sunset views. The BBQ area offers a perfect spot for outdoor cooking. The property includes one car entrance and a parking zone that can accommodate 6 to 10 cars.

Services included with your stay are daily maid service, linen and towel changes every 3 days, pool freshening, garden maintenance, 24/7 guest support, and concierge services, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
