The property is a neoclassical maisonette built with luxurious design and materials and equipped with everything necessary for your stay. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, fully functional kitchen and terrace with garden and private pool.
The maisonette is in a lush landscape, between olive trees and cypresses. The outdoor space consists of the private pool, the outdoor dining room with the LPG BBQ, the marble sink and the workbench, which make up the ideal conditions to enjoy your stay and spend quality time.
Interestingly, the pool is heated and the external dining area is covered with a specially designed pergola, making the use of spaces possible throughout the year and regardless of weather conditions.
The villa occupies a total of 2 levels.
Entering the property, we find the living room and to the right a fully equipped kitchen. At the same level there is a small WC, and the living room has perimeter glass that enables instant access to the garden and pool.
On the second floor, you will find the two bedrooms as well as the main bathroom.
Both rooms have access to a common balcony, which has an external lounge and enables you to enjoy your afternoon coffee or drink. In both bedrooms we have layers of the award-winning Corfu Imperial Strom company, which allow the visitor to choose the soft or hard side of the mattress.
In the living room and in all bedrooms there are smart TV TVs with internet access and more than 400 channels.
The property is located in a prime location in the village of Petritis, Corfu. The villas are surrounded by a lush landscape of olive trees and cypress trees, offering complete privacy to the visitors, while being only 700 meters from the village center, the port, and the beach.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
