An independent building of stone and wood, between the sky and the sea, describes the landscape, converses with the light. It offers its guests privacy, simple luxury, mental wellness, magnificent sunsets and unobstructed 360-degree views of the Aegean Sea and the surrounding hills.

The building is a Bioclimate and designed as a complex of buildings to be fully aligned with the landscape. The composition of the buildings forms the outside spaces, other covered, enclosed and windy and some exposed to the sun and the air. Its openings describe and showcase the unique view, frame the sea, the mountain, the valley, the fishing harbor. It consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room and a storage room. The energy consumption of the building is extremely low, due to orientation, natural ventilation, proper insulation and window frames with 4 seasons energy crystals.

The Villa overlooking the sea is located next to the village of Tavari, on a cape at a height of 35 meters from the sea. The landscape has bushy vegetation, characteristic landscape of the Greek islands. It has an unlimited view of the sea from the three sides, while in the North it overlooks the surrounding hills and mountains. Below is the small picturesque Harbour of Tavari with the fishing boats and the sandy beach is just a short drive away.

It is 300 meters from the beach of Tavari, 2 km from the pristine beach of Chrousos, 15 km from Eresos and 35 km from the unique Petrified Forest of Sigri. You can go to Tavari village just 8-10 minutes walk, and if you want to use a car in your transportation you will immediately find comfortable free parking.
