Agia Marina, the old town of Leros, is where fishermen still land their catch, travellers carrying cappuccinos mingle with black-clad old ladies on their way to church, and delightful old houses cascade down impossibly steep streets all the way to the pellucid blue waters of the Aegean.
The 2 bedroom 2 ensuite bathroom-house is situated in the sought-after village of Agia Marina.
The stone-built house is 120 square meters in area with 2 bedrooms: 1 master with a large ensuite bathroom (with a slipper bath) and a 2nd bedroom with a smaller bathroom with a shower. Painstakingly-restored (including period stencilling commissioned from a local artisan), all the rooms are furnished with antiques sourced in London and Paris to match the period of the house (said to be one of the oldest on the island).
There is a large drawing-room leading onto a veranda, (with a partial sea-view), and a spacious kitchen with a Falcon-range cooker and custom-made cupboards. All worktops are Kashmir gold granite, and the dining-table can accommodate 6 people. There is an external utility room with a Miele washing-machine and dryer. The 2nd bedroom overlooks the courtyard. There are 3 Daikin air-conditioning units that can also operate on a dehumidifier setting or provide heating.
The house is located just 20 metres from the sea, local shops, cafes and restaurants.

- Port : 2 minutes. Depending on where they are arriving from guest could arrive by boat on the port of Agia Marina, very pretty and picturesque.

- Restaurants: 3 minutes. We have the equivalent of a 1 star Michelin just 20 mn walking from the house.
- Visiting sights: the castle is just above Agia Marina town, it is a great walk through the narrow streets of Platanos, where one can admire the restored neoclassical houses. There is a lot to see in Agia Marina.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
