The house is an independent building, far away from the noice and set within 2 acres of forest. It is a 3-floor villa, where the guests will be staying on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The ground floor is autonomous (not connected to the upper floors, where the guests will be staying) and rented by the person who is maintaining the space.
On the 2nd floor (accessed by outdoor stairs) there is a living room with fireplace, a kitchen, a dining table, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. On the 3rd floor there are 2 bedrooms and 1 more bathroom. In total the villa has 4 balconies. The spaces are full of light from the morning to the evening. Additionally, the guests have access to a private patio (accessible from the balcony of the kitchen), where there is a large outdoor dinning table for 6 and a built-in outdoor sofa.
Moreover, there is the raw beauty of the forest and the side where the sun sets, offering beautiful sunsets every day.The house, inspired by that time when the family lived in, has successfully incorporated modern elements while maintaining its traditional character. The neutral beige and white tones in the interior, together with the wooden elements, create a warm and welcoming place for visitors both for summer months and for autumn/spring months. The terracotta on the floor refers to the original floors of the house, but also to the natural colors of the landscape and the area of Chalkidiki. A key detail to the house is its orientation, which offers a pleasant microclimate to the visitors, but also the opportunity to enjoy the sunrise and the sunset inside and outside of the house.
