Due to the natural materials, the airy architecture with numerous doors and windows on both sides of the house that are all equipped with mosquito nets, but also the windy character of Paros Island, the Residence doesn’t feature air-conditioning, thus contributing to actions against climate change, preserving the natural environment and minimizing the environmental footprint of the property. The estate also is using its own water sources.
