Upon entering Villa Cassie on your right-hand side is the first of three bedrooms. This bedroom consists of a double bed and directly opposite the entrance is a family bathroom with shower that is convenient as an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom also has the luxury of private access to the outdoor and pool area. The hallway leads you to the open living space of the accommodation, with wall-to-wall glass windows and doors, creates an irresistible indoor-outdoor synergy. The living space consists of a lounge area and an indoor dining setting. To the end of the space is the fully equipped kitchen with a sit down island bench, as an inspiration to cook up something Greek with Greek Island sea and mountain views. Via internal staircase we move up to the first level of the villa where you will find the two additional bedrooms. Upon entering the first level, the first of two bedrooms comprises of twin beds and bathroom which is accessed from the hallway. The third bedroom is the standout of the accommodation with a king size bed and bathroom with shower. and wall to wall windows filling the space with natural light, ideal for children. is the twin master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The upper-level balcony with mesmerizing views, is shared by the two bedrooms.
Villa Cassie in Sivota Lefkada, boasts an outdoor dining setting perfect, for any moment of the day or evening family gatherings. The private pool grounds are comfortably equipped with sun loungers and a traditional stone-built seating area that has enough room for the long-awaited Greek afternoon siesta. Both the pool and dining setting have remote controlled pergolas when the Greek sun is at its peak, and shade is needed to take a break. The fully equipped BBQ will add to your alfresco moments in the evening with stunning views of the moonlit Ionian Sea.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
