The tra-ditional design of Villa Caitlin pays respect to the architecture of Lefkada Is-land and most importantly to the natural environment.
The main house of the villa is separated into two levels. Entering the main house you walk into the ground level which leads into a bright, open-plan living and dining area and kitchen with windows looking out over the pool area, sea, and the neighbouring islands. On this level of the house, there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining table with all the amenities to plan every meal of the day. The lounge area is decorated with soothing and comfortable furnish-ings to mix with the colours of the surrounding countryside. Additionally, on this level, there is a family bathroom with a shower. The ground level of the house leads out to the outdoor pool area, making for an indoor-outdoor experi-ence all day and night long.
Via the internal staircase, you move up to the first level of the house where there are two bedrooms and a family bathroom with a shower for the conven-ience of everyone. The one bedroom is equipped with a double bed, ideally for couples and the other bedroom acts as a twin bedroom for children. The bed-rooms with their windows facing the sea end of the property fill with natural light and glimpses of the sailing boats sweeping across the Ionian Sea while ly-ing in bed. Last but not least both bedrooms have private balconies which are your entertainment for sail boat watching from the moment you wake up until sunset. The entire interior of the house and every room is equipped with air-conditioning for those warm Greek Summer days.
This synergy between the villa and its outdoor terraces is mirrored by that of the infinity pool and the sea, which are linked by the infinity effect. To one side of the outdoor area is the fully equipped BBQ area which is a must when on a Greek Villa Holiday. Most importantly, staying at Villa Caitlin gives you the luxury of walking down to the seafront area of the complex which in front of the sea there is a sunbathing platform for all the villas with sunbeds and seating areas to either soak up the Greek Sun or sit back and read your latest novel with background sound of the Greek Sea.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
