The villa, constructed in 2008 with local stones, is situated in the middle of olive trees on hill overlooking the sea and the magnificent gulf of Souda, offering absolute calm and tranquility. The 1000m2 garden is full of flowers and the private swimming pool of 50m2 has an ecological cleaning system with salt (no chemicals). The BBQ area, with bar, fridge and sink. Large terraces are all around the villa and the swimming pool. The outside area includes a private parking.
Villa Martina can accommodate 4 persons in 2 air-conditioned bedrooms all with their private balcony with sea view. At the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds and a baby cot. At the ground floor the bedroom has a bunk bed. On the first floor there are 2 shower rooms one of which en-suite with the master bedroom, On the ground floor there is also a shower room.
The kitchen is fully equipped, fully renovated on April 2015, with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, micro-wave, coffee machines, toaster etc.
The living area has an open fireplace, Satellite TV offering all French channels, books and games are also at the disposal of the guests. All rooms of the house have central heating and air-conditioning. Windows are protected by mosquito nets. Internet and telephone are also available.
