Villa Oumnia is a charming villa that has been carefully designed as a peaceful retreat. The Villa Oumnia with panoramic sea view ensures an unforgettable and peaceful stay, seamlessly combining comfort with serenity.

A spacious balcony graces this villa, offering a pleasant place to relax and enjoy the surrounding environment. Upstairs, indulge in relaxation within the welcoming living room equipped with air conditioning, a TV, and two comfortable sofas. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide all modern amenities. On the same floor, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a refreshing shower. The lower floor provides a laundry machine and a bathroom with a shower. In the common area, there are two single beds and a refrigerator, while the bedroom is carefully furnished with two single beds and a double bed. Each room has air conditioning, TVs, and comfortable beds, ensuring customized comfort.

The villas have been built on over five acres of land with the utmost care and respect for local nature and landscape keeping in mind the expectations of today’s holidaymakers. We have managed to combine the natural landscape with modern buildings keeping high levels of luxury and comfort whilst maintaining the area's flora. Away from the crowds but within 5 minutes by car of local amenities, the villas are set in a beautiful olive grove and are surrounded by splendid Mediterranean herbs and flowers blossoming at different times throughout the season always keeping the property colorful. All four villas have been furnished to very high standards and offer all the mod cons you would need to enjoy your holiday. Each villa has its own privacy and two of them have swimming pools where you can cool off or lounge on a sunbed reading a book or just relaxing and enjoying the views.

Villa Oumnia is located just 4 km away from the port and the Chora of Naxos (approximately 5 min by car), 2 km far from Saint George beach (the most family-friendly beach in Cyclades), and 4 km away from Naxos' famous beaches Agios Prokopios and Agia Anna.

A short 5 min drive in any direction you will meet a selection of some of the best fish tavernas on the island plus a collection of cafes and bars.
