The villa extends to 120sqm in maisonette style and can accommodate up to 5 people as it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a WC. The first bedroom has a double bed while the other two have a single bed and in one of these bedrooms an extra ranch bed can be added for the 5th person. There is air conditioning throughout and the bedrooms have blackout curtains.
The bathrooms have a shower and you will find a washing machine as well.
Linen and towels are provided to all guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all household appliances such as, oven with hob, fridge, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, toaster and all cooking utensils.
Finally, in the outdoor area, which is private, you will find your swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrellas and an outdoor table with chairs. Towels are available for pool use.

Pre-booking and Payment Terms
- To secure a reservation, the client must send a signed contract and an advance payment equal to 35% of the total cost for the chosen period of stay. If booking less than 60 days in advance, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining balance for the rental period must be paid at least 60 days before the stay begins.
- If the client fails to pay the remaining balance by the due date, they will receive a reminder. If there is no response within 7 days, the reservation will be considered invalid, and the advance payment will be kept.
- Once the full amount is received, the client will receive a confirmation document based on the type of rental permit the villa has according to Greek law. This document could be a voucher for key collection at the villa or a contract between the client and the owner. The client will also receive information via email about how to reach the villa, the expected arrival date and time, the person receiving them, and any details regarding airport or port pickup if applicable.
